Working map · for discussion
The flow as built in the light and dark POC forms, drawn against the client's question map. One shared question set, then three different endings. Drag to reorder and click any text to edit — changes are yours to see on the call, and are not applied to the form until we implement them.
The client's map lists contact details, extras and referral code separately inside each of the three lanes. They are the same questions each time, so they live here once, before the split.
Rules are checked top to bottom and the first match wins, so a commercial or high-variance move is claimed before the estimator gets it.

Offered after the lead is captured, so it is genuinely optional. The item checklist is the slowest question in the whole form, which is why it sits back here rather than in stage 1.
Only Lane A reaches stage 2. Dragging a question down here means the virtual-visit and office lanes stop asking it, and that everyone who stops at the confirmation screen never answers it. Anything the sales team needs for every quote belongs in stage 1.
This map is a discussion tool, not the live configuration. It is drawn
from config/quote-flow.php each time it loads, so it cannot
drift from the form — but edits made here are held in your browser only
and change nothing. Rearrange it on the call, and we implement what is agreed
afterwards.
